Grim

Among the hundreds of numbers stations that are lost in the shortwave lies Grim.

The most well-established conspiracy theories can not explain its existence and its transmissions - it does not belong to any secret spy network, nor does it seem to transfer orders to military forces operating in different parts of the world.

Grim was baptized so by two radio amateurs, somewhere in the mid-1990s and his name is due to his odd, eerie content.
This particular station broadcasts 24 hours a day, seven days a week without interruption, from an unknown location. Several reports claim that its operation began (as opposed to other number stations) a few months before the outbreak of World War I. Records of its content are impossible to find - any attempt to record it is impossible.
If someone manages to find him, since his frequency is not constant, he will hear a mechanical child's voice read random names, followed by a one-digit or two-digit number and two dates.
There are no repeat of the broadcasts, no fixed pattern on the dates, which led the administrators of priyom.org, a site that specializes in the number stations, to come to the conclusion that the mechanical, creepy voice reads in order (with some incomprehensible logic) the names, ages and dates of birth and death of all people living (or once residing) on the planet.
